By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. All wellness hub products come with a warranty from the date of purchase, depending on the device model, and it’s applied on the warranty card. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and excludes misuse, accidents, and unauthorized repairs. TWH reserves the right to amend or refuse service if the warranty card or purchase invoice is not presented or altered.
